Our pieces are primarily crafted from recycled 925 Sterling Silver or Brass, plated with 18k Gold or Rhodium. We also offer a Solid Gold collection featuring 9k and 14k gold for long-lasting luxury.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express options are available at checkout, and we provide international shipping to most countries worldwide.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain the shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in a cool, dry place, preferably in the Astrid & Miyu pouch provided with your order.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
